The staff here are wonderful! The housekeeping gals are sweet and cheerful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but some have their fix-it quirks…though the management is quick to fix and accommodate. They have a nice daily hot country breakfast along with many other choices. Love that it is pet friendly for those of us who have no choice but to travel with our beloved pets.
Freeway close, but did not interrupt sleep.Check in was easy. The concierge even gave us a break on $. Easy walk to Apple Annie's for steak dinner. Full breakfast before check out. I would definitely stay here again! 🙂
First room the door lock and microwave did not work was transferred to another room right away. That one was fine no issues. The staff is very friendly. They go the extra mile to accommodate and I’m very happy and satisfied with the service.
I absolutely love staying here. Marc Anthony is always Helpful, Courteous, And? Always accommodates our needs while we visit . I truly appreciate how he goes above and beyond to make the customers feel comfortable and welcome . He's always vacuuming wiping down the elevators.Keeping the eating area clean and interacting with the guests. He definitely makes You're stay comfortable. I. Would highly recommend if you are in the tulare area to try this hotel.
Not a good hotel. We paid for a room with a king bed but immediately went back to the front desk when we saw the tiny bed to ask to move rooms. The very nice woman insisted that it was indeed a king bed. We stupidly believed her and went back upstairs. Besides the non-king bed, the room was filthy. Used towels hanging in the closet, trash not emptied, a crusty washcloth in the dresser.. But the clencher was someone's pee all over the bathroom floor around the toilet. I stepped in it and it was so nasty. Highly not recommended..
