Ladson RV Park

We stayed here for about 2 months and the entire time they were extremely accommodating to our family! When we called to book, it was last minute and there was only weekly spots available, however they worked with us and got us moved over to a monthly spot when it came available and refunded us the difference in pricing. Their customer service is excellent and they are always working to better the grounds. The environment is quiet and relaxing. While there might not be amenities for kids here, there are so many parks nearby to take them to. Otherwise, the ducks are fun to watch around the rv park. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and I definitely recommend staying here!

Had a great quiet time staying from March until the end of August , no complaints. I was working 12 hours a day and always came home to a quiet campground. Clean water, steady power. The owner Greg was always working on improving the grounds. This site is definitely no frills. But 100% efficient. It could use internet. The Sundays I had off I used my phone as a hot spot. I will definitely stay again when I’m back down for work. My rig setup in the picture.

The most peaceful RV campground without any drama! The ducks and ducklings are an added bonus. Greg, the owner, is always available for any questions and is an absolute delight. I love this place and don't plan on leaving anytime in the future! The location is prime, easy access to everything and couldn't have been accepted to a better RV park. I truly appreciate coming across this gem of a place. You're literally in the middle of the city, however the RV park is far enough off the road that it's so quiet and you're unaware of the Hustle and bustle of the city. I recommend this beautiful place to any and all that desire peace and quiet as well as the beautiful interaction with the ducks and ducklings.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 1/2 months. This is a diamond in the rough. Not your typical campground. ( We’ve been camping for 55 years, and are full timers now). Very low key and well maintained! The owners respond to issues timely. Everyone is friendly and pretty much stays to themselves. Very close to all the stores you can ever need! We will definitely be back since my family has moved to this area and we live in Florida now (originally from NJ.)! Make the reservation you will not be disappointed‼️

This place is clean, quiet and has a great location. 30 minutes to downtown and 40 min to Sullivan island. It is perfect for a long stay if you work or study in the area of Charleston. There is a bus stop for Carta express if u work for MUSC only at 8 minutes away where you can park your vehicle all day for free. This place offers 1 parking space per RV however it has areas where safely you can park inside the RV park for additional fee. It s pet friendly as well. The owner is always available and reliable for any question. They constantly mow the yard. I will certainly come back and I highly recommend this park.
