This was my first visit here and I was told that it was recently renovated. I hope in the future they will mark the path better and also provide mileage sign telling you how long the trail actually is. I have been to a few parks here and there and did not expect the trail to be as long as it was. What I thought could be maybe 2 miles was actually 4.( so you are aware) Many of the trails around the lake wind up into the Woodland area. It is very quiet with no city noise. If you love nature and a nice dirt path this place is for you! There are a few benches but not many restroom stops considering how long the trail is. (I don't know if they're going to be able to do that because it is so secluded out there.) In the summer there Canoes for rent as well as a swimming area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The park was clean and well maintained. The restrooms and showers were clearly well taken care of. They have some walking trails that were also great. Most of the sites were electric only, with water spigots sprinkled throughout, but there are also full hook-up sites. For electric only, it was $20 a night. But, if you try to book starting on a Saturday, you have to book the Friday before, or it won't let you. If you have T-mobile, the service is very spotty at best. But, overall, not a bad place to stay. We'd stay here again.

Drive thru site was great with full hookups thank you. Bathrooms were clean, starting to show a little age. Firepits were excellent. Some sites needed mowing, weeds/grass over a foot tall.

Love it that they redid it and now there's restrooms in the parking lot in the boat ramp so don't have to drive to one. Bridge needs repairs. Be nice if they could put windows and doors in the boat house but I get why they don't some people don't care and just like to damage others people property ruins it for others parking lot and pathway is very nice. Next summer I will spend more time there like have years past very nice place. Thank you

Lovely place to walk, bike, it just visit. Camping is nice there. They are draining the lakes and doing things to the campground so we'll see next year Drove through this fall and the campground has really been improved. It was pretty crowded though but sites are big and well kept
