Lake Crescent Lodge

Our stay at Lake Crescent Lodge was nothing short of a dream come true. Nestled within the breathtaking beauty of Olympic National Park, this charming lodge offered us an unforgettable escape into nature. The setting is magical—serene views of the crystal-clear lake framed by towering evergreens and majestic mountains. It’s as if the lodge was placed there by design to showcase the best of Washington’s natural splendor. The accommodations were cozy and full of character, blending rustic charm with just the right modern comforts. Waking up to the stillness of the lake each morning was truly enchanting. The staff were warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. From helpful tips on hiking trails to their genuine friendliness, they made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed dining at the lodge’s restaurant, where every meal was a delight. The food was fresh and flavorful, and enjoying it with a view of the lake elevated the experience to something truly special. Whether it was hiking nearby trails, or simply relaxing on the porch with a cup of coffee, every moment felt like a page out of a storybook. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty, Lake Crescent Lodge is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

What a fantastic accommodation inside Olympic National Park! These cozy cabins and shared lodge are so cozy and perfect for exploring this beautiful national park. We stayed in the Roosevelt Cabins with the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice especially for a heritage cabin. The on site restaurant had great service with staff that communicated well during busy times. Lots of vegetarian options, a good wine list and fun cocktails. We loved the shared lodge with the fire. We used the free EV charger, which was a nice perk. Right on the lake with access to trails and lake activities this is such a great spot. The only thing I think could be improved: they still stock the tiny single-use shampoos. So make sure to bring your own zero-waste products. The coffee was pretty average too and some kettles in the room to make our own would be nice! All and all we had a great stay and will 100% return!

The location is fantastic—perfect as a base for exploring the area and returning to a cozy, comfortable room. The food is exceptional, and the hospitality is top-notch. However, note that if you book a suite with two rooms and a shared bathroom, you’ll need to walk through one room to access the bathroom. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for the rooms was having to share a bathroom and shower down the hall with the rest of the guests on the floor. Old lodge setting with a beautiful fireplace in the lodge that was much appreciated on a chilly blustery day. Right on the lake with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Food was great and service was fantastic.

A luxury price tag for a cheap experience. The door to our cabin could not be closed without fully slamming it or pushing full force with my shoulder. We notified front desk who told us that she would send maintenance to fix it the next day, it was not fixed during the duration of our stay. Sheets were stained and had holes. Bathroom walls had toothpaste and soap splatters. Dust on the floor. Lodge was nice but only one person between the fire the gift shop and the front desk. I wouldn’t call it rustic and “quirky”as much as I would call it poorly kept and cheap. Whole stay felt way overpriced for what we received.
