Lake Deaton RV Park

I’ve been staying off and on for a few years at Lake Deaton RV Park for local job assignments Jason has always gone above and beyond to accommodate my cRaZy schedule. I never know how long my jobs will last The park is very well maintained, level sites with concrete patio pads. Jason maintains the rules. It is a quiet safe environment I know that if I have a problem I can call Jason. Pet friendly, have never seen an off leash dog and never any poop left on grounds. Jason knows the area very well and offers suggestions for entertainment and Restaurants I’ll return every time I’m working in the area. It’s like going home away from home.

I have lived here at Lake Deaton RV Park for almost 2 years now and love it. Jason and park crew keep things maintained and all public shared areas immaculate. Anytime there has been an issue, help is usually a quick call or text away! I would recommend the park to any of my friends or family.

Great Management treats folks like family,Very helpfull Laudry room and Bath room Kept clean.Keeps grounds Mowed and is always looking to improve apperance with the main signs and the Lot numbers every body gets a Lot sign when they move here very nice size lots as well.I been here a year and am very happy with this Place would never leave till I die.

Clean and well-maintained RV park. Everyone I've met is friendly and helpful. Management stays on top of things it does an excellent job of keeping things orderly and organized. You will feel very welcome :) Kindly, Brian

We have been at Lake Deaton RV park for over 2 years now. Jason, the Park Manager, has been very helpful and accommodating. He runs a clean and orderly park. The park has weekly and monthly get togethers and the neighbors are very neighborly. It is a great location with a shopping center a mile down the road. Brownwood Paddock Square is 5 minutes away and Sawgrass is 10 minutes away. Both have restaurants and live music 365 nights a year
