Fantastic little campground! Portapotty with little sink inside was a great addition. Beautiful views of Mount Erie and all its bluffs, including the gorgeous lake to reflect the sunset on the other side. Nice little lake dock for relaxing and fishing, not ideal for swimming, check with camp hosts perhaps! 5 minute walk to the base of Mount Erie hiking trails (and rock climbing). The coffee shop on the corner was the cherry on top! Great coffee and we bought our Mt Erie crag book there too ! Thanks for everything!

This was a great spot for quiet camping. Although the bathrooms are only porta potties, they were clean. There is electric and a beautiful view. Best for people without children. The quiet hours are strictly enforced, and I prefer that.

I don’t normally leave reviews on anything but I figured I would for this. The campground is basically a big yard and luckily no one was really camping or else it would have been weird I feel like. I didn’t like that there was no privacy from the other campers and the campground guy Wayne. He was nice but once I check in at a place I kind of like to just not be bothered. I feel like we were being watched the whole time and for $30 a night and no amenities like a fire pit or anything it just wasn’t worth it. The lake was pretty and the view of mount Erie was the main reason I wanted to spend my birthday there but the water just seemed nasty and overrun with seaweed. I may stay here again in the future but probably not. We ended up leaving at 1 am because it was kinda creepy out there and we slept at my moms on her couches and then came back before checkout to get the tent.

Great campground for all types of camping. It has RV hook ups, car/tent camping and super close to the lake. There isn’t too much amenities but it is quiet and has great sunsets. Close to deception pass, downtown anacortes, casino and etc. You’re able to paddle board, kayak and fish for trout or bass. It has two portal potties that are clean with sinks inside. There is a little market that is accessible and convenient. We had a few friends visit for the day and it was easy to get a $10 day pass. We’ve gone here twice and we would visit again with our 16 month old son.

This is a premature rating & review as they’re not fully functional at the moment. Stayed here for 1 night and will definitely be back soon. I prefer a quiet place to stay that isn’t crowded. I found it here but I feel like it’s got lots of potential after their makeover. $39usd/nt after tax. Clean Porta-Potty with urinal & sink. Small dock to launch kayak/inflatable boat or fish. Lake has bass & trout. Was told there’s been some 4lb fish caught in this lake. Not really a lake to walk in or play in from this site.
