The water was gorgeous and the area had a mile long street like a boardwalk with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions. We stopped and ate, played games at the arcade and I bought a candy apple and roasted sugar coated pecans that were so warm and delicious. It was also Americade weekend which was interesting to watch. Never seen so many motorcycles in place, a lot of women riders too.

The best time to go is probably summers! We travelled from Albany and it took is 1.5 hours. We went in November 2022 and it was cold! Boats were not working and there were few people

Always a fun place to visit. Americade has changed some over the years but still enjoyable!
