Lake Hatcineha Resort and RV Park

Disappointed with the Customer Service We’ve been taking annual trips to Kissimmee for years and usually stay at Camp Mac, where the service is always excellent. This year, we decided to try Lake Hatcineha Resort and RV Park, but the experience with the owner was disappointing from the start. When my father called to inquire about a room, the owner said he was busy at the tag office and told him to call back later. My father called again that afternoon, and while confirming a room was available, the owner abruptly asked if my dad had pen and paper ready. When my father explained he was driving, the owner rudely questioned why he was calling while driving and stated, “I’m not a secretary.” This level of customer service is unacceptable. As someone who served our country, I expect basic respect and courtesy, especially from businesses in the hospitality industry. If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend staying at Camp Mack instead. They’ve always treated us well, answered our questions, and provided great service. Lake Hatcineha Resort needs to prioritize professionalism and hire proper staff to handle inquiries if the owner is unable or unwilling to do so. Don’t try to call the number listed it’s his personal cell and he treats it as such . Not a very nice person . Doesn’t value veterans or care about customer service

Very nice boat slip and even park. Great fishing. Friendly local staff. Money well spent. Has rentals and fish cleaning station. Ice machine as well as huge Morton building with full kitchen open for use or gatherings

Always a busy place boating, fishing tournaments, camping, great food and dining. Lots of friendly folks to help out.Never a dull time.

Found this beautiful quiet small rv park while traveling through Florida. Just five RV sites with electricity, water, sewer, wi-fi, and cable. Sites right on the lake. The owners, the Baxters are very friendly. There is a boat ramp on site, swimming pool, laundry, bathroom, shower, workout machine, large kitchen, docks and so much more. Very reasonable rate

I love the Florida outdoors and there's no better place to spend it than on the Kissimmee chain . All Florida's beautiful landscape and wildlife are here!!! And grear fishing too!
