Very beautiful spot to camp in. Sites are electric and water. There’s a dump station by the entrance to the park. The beach is nice. There are some picnic tables close to the shore. There’s boat access. The bathrooms in the campground have showers. It’s kinda loud at night with all the boats passing by.

Pleasant experience in my RV over Labor Day weekend. The campground was technically full, but the sites are nicely spaced and it really didn't feel that way. Not all pull-thru, but the sites are level and have low-difficulty backing. Lake views are amazing. This is also a great base-camp for exploring the four other State Parks nearby.

Beautiful campground, maintained meticulous. Pull through sites are really just parallel parking, all sites have water & power 30 & 50 amp. Most sites are very large with covered picnic table, fire pits and charcoal grills. Bathrooms are clean, showers are clean and hot. Showers are so clean that the homeless people come in night to use and sleep in them. Park staff is aware and doesn’t stop it. We stayed over New Year’s Eve 2024 with 6 other trailers of friends and attempted to bring in the New Year w/ friends. Unfortunately next camp over (#24)complained multiple times to the park ranger. The ranger came over at 9:45pm and threatened with fines & citations. Thankfully the ranger had common sense and observed the noise was from on the lake bars. Overall great experience except the complaint dumped his tanks on the ground at the site before he left. The only dump station is at the exit. Which is disrespectful and illegal and no fine/citation. Hopefully we’ll see you next year, we already booked sites and more friends coming. 👍

We loved our stay here and stayed a week. We were in the Cabin Loop part of the campground, which was great! Fewer sites and many were cabins. We had a partial view of the lake, as most sites do, and backed up to a natural area. There are only sites on one side of the road, so there is no one across from you - it is green space. There are hiking trails within the park, a nice beach at the campground, clean and individual bathrooms all while being close to town and other state parks. Fairly quiet, though there is a little "town" noise. Our AT&T phones worked great for streaming and internet access. Very surprised they didn't have recycling! First state park where we have encountered no recycling.

Very clean campground. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They immediately clean the campsites after a departure by raking, cleaning and blowing away debris. Campsites are paved and all provide plenty of room for the rig & a vehicle. We had a 33' fifth wheel & long bed crew cab F350. The electrical pedastals are well cared for and deliver 20, 30 & 50 amp service. The restrooms & showers are very clean. The water bibs are clean.Free dump station on site. It's close to Lake Havasu. The only thing i would like to see are more mature trees. They will come in time. We would definitely come back here.
