Our site was great, the staff top-notch, the club house cafe needs attention, the putt-putt was nice, the trails and roads were good, the deer were cool to watch, propane service was appreciated and the pool/hot tub looks nice. Will visit again.

This is a beautiful property first and foremost. The people and service we received was fantastic. However, our rv is a 49 ft long 5th wheel pulled by our F550. So all together we are a little over 70ft. The hills coming into the park are steep and the turns are narrow with little sight. The lake is dry. I repeat. The lake is DRY. There are also boulders everywhere in the park making navigation into the sites difficult. There are lots of trees around the sites and hanging over them. If you are a small bumper pull or 5th wheel this is perfect. It is not "big right friendly". We enjoyed our stay it just was not good fit for our rv.

Very nice staff, the cabins were great, unfortunately zero water but we made the best of it. Very well maintained.

We had a nice two-night stay in a cabin. The cabins sit up high above the resort with a good view to the surrounding area. We met a number of nice people. There's a nice play pool near the office and rec room building. The park is nicely maintained. Unfortunately, and I feel for everyone in the area, the lake has been dry for a few years now. There's plenty of other things to do at the park and in the surrounding area. It's a nice place to kick back and relax!

Love this park. I have a large 5 th wheel. Sites are large, spread out like a State Park, and a lot of shade. Nice pool and Pickleball court. Most weekends have activities. The Free WiFi is strong and I was able to stream all TV without issue. Staff was super friendly. Friends came with and stayed in a cabin. Cabins have a queen bedroom and twin beds in the loft. Comfortably slept 4. Can use futon and sleep 6. Cabin furnished. Need to bring toiletries and personal items. About 25 minutes to Helotes and Bandera. A little farther to San Antonio and Bourne. The Lake is gone, but the views are still great. Walking trails and on a working cattle ranch. We took the ranch tour and enjoyed it very much. Tell the owner, Gina, what you want and she will plan the tour based on what you want to see. I wish I had bought some wine. Hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country and a great escape from the San Antonio rat race.
