We were there in late October, we were in the main campground. There were only 3 other campers out of 31 spots. Very nice except for bugs. Lol...lots of Asian beetles and spiders. The prices were very good. Primitive, electric only, and full hookups. 3 cabins were also available.
Perfect fall camping weather, 58° and light breeze in the morning. Rustic campsite is very quiet (located in the back of the campground). All rock rocks leading to the lake made it slow driving the last few miles. Restrooms very clean.
Very peaceful and in the middle of nowhere. The photos are looking from the cabins across the road where all the camping is. There is no direct lake access from camping area's. Which is one downfall. They have elk also.
Nice campground. Friendly staff. Only downfall is 8 miles of gravel road to get to it.
