Lake Panasoffkee is a beautiful free area to spend a few nights. You can stay up to 7 nights in a row and now more than 30 nights a year FOR FREE. We walked 6-7 miles on the trails. On the trails we saw a tortoise and some of the protected squirrels. They had a bathroom with flushing toilets. We had to make a reservation online and it was saying there were almost full but there were only 2 other campers/RV’ers there. We had beautiful weather the entire time. Highly recommend visiting if you are ever in the area.

Love it here. There is a shaded area and a large sunny area to choose from. Stalls for your horse friends and lots of trails.

The host Brittany is awesome- super friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms. Water at each site. Options for sun in the open field or shade in the back. Would highly recommend. Thanks Brittany!

BAD SAND SPURS! I'm pretty sure right now there's not a campground host so byo Lysol/ toilet paper/paper towels to bathroom. Otherwise we love this place!

I had family camping in this area and what a wonderful experience. The campground host was very accommodating and professional. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The campground is very quiet, serene and well groomed. I would highly recommend a visit here!!! Thank you Britney, we appreciate what you are doing. God Bless you and your Team.
