I stayed there on May 24th, 2020, the Sunday immediately before Memorial Day. This is an awesome campground, plain and simple. I was on a 3 day weekend motorcycle trip and decided to camp here for the night before riding back home on Monday, Memorial Day. For tent camping the charge is $10 per person, per night. They didn't charge a "minimum stay" like so many other campgrounds do over a weekend or, especially, a holiday weekend. The grounds were well cared for, clean, and neat. The campground hosts and other campers were very friendly. While the campground is right off of a two lane road there isn't a lot of noise from the traffic, not a distraction to me at all. The tent camping areas are very near the water. I could have easily thrown a rock into the nearby lake if I would have wanted to. I didn't need to do any laundry so I don't know about the laundry facilities, or if they have any, but the one restroom I went in seemed to be well taken care of, too. It was only a single toilet stall and a shower, one beside the other, but it did the trick for me in the morning. The only bit of advice about this campground is the entrance. It is well kept and black topped but it does slope downward when you turn off of the main roadway. I made it down into the campground and back out again on a Honda Goldwing motorcycle so you shouldn't have any problem with a truck/trailer/rv/motorhome, or another motorcycle. Great place. Go!
Nice well kept place. Great fishing spot as well. Nice big open spot and never too crowded.
