Customer Reviews
Good boat launch, lots of parking. Great fishing
Family camped here for 5 days and it was fantastic! Spots right on the beach are alright, but didn't have a ton of shade. We will probably take spots 69, 70, 71 next time cause they are huge and lots of trees. Lake is huge and fun to kayak on. Bathrooms are very clean and showers were easy to use.
I went here just to check it out. Didn’t walk around like I wanted too. But definitely saw some interesting stuff like bike trails and walking trails that have my interest. Will definitely go back to check this out before winter hits. Will update stars after I experience the park fully. But 5 stars for looking clean, and interesting.
Stayed in cabin 1 from Sunday 6/11 to Wednesday and I was very, very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin, vault toilets and showers. The staff must be doing a great job! Thank you!
We were recommended Lake Thompson by the staff at the Laura Ingalls homestead when their RV sites were full. Great spot. Lots of beach facing campsites, grass, playground, fishing, volleyball. Electric hook ups and pump out station. Would come back!
