We love it here. Owner is fantastic. Very peaceful and quiet. Has become one of our favorite places to go. Not your run of the mill campground with a ton of people, really is a diamond in the rough. If you want to go to a campground that is beautiful without a ton of people or noise this is for you. Just a small town country girl and this place makes me happy for sure.
If you are looking for or if the beaten path place with a lake view, that the place. The owner Doug is extremely friendly sc accommodating and the price is affordable. This campground is not maliciously maintained but certainly comfortable.
The owner is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Has a the laundromat on site, shady camping, and a gorgeous view of a old rock quarry that they turn into a lake and it has little dock u can go out on!
This camp is geared more towards hunters and traveling workers than RVers with children or retired travelers. They have plenty of shade, but grounds are a little rough. There aren't many RV parks to choose from in this area.
Hosts are amazing we had a great stop. Our kids really enjoyed swimming in the lake. Tons of laundry units only one shower and bathroom combo which is fine mostly used our trailer. Price was great would stay again if coming through.
