Was here a year ago with a friend hadn't been here in long time.everything seemed the same except trees were cut back or gone. Was here every weekend in the 60s and early 70s .food was still very good .trailer still here. What a blast we had here.lots of friends here then. Are you still with us. Use to be a quiet place to live up until about a year or more ago, now you can’t get any peace and quite with the constant yelping and barking going on! It’s especially bad in the C section, why your dog needs to be barking all day past 10PM, and at 2AM is beyond me. Management is no help.
This is a great little community just on the outskirts of Escondido. Quiet, with plenty of families and children, + many long term residents. Maintenance crew is on point and are quick to respond. The manager cares about the park and their residents, making this such a nice place to live. A hidden gem.
ITS LIKE LIVING IN A DOG POUND!!! Barking everyday, from the crack of dawn to midnight! C-12, C-17, and C-21 are the WORST, your dogs don’t need to be barking/howling at midnight and 3:02am EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!
I've lived here for 3 years now. It's a quiet, friendly community. And Lake Wohlford Cafe has great food.
