Lakeshore Inn Resort

Overall good location, small RV park with not alot to do. It helps that they do have an on-site restaurant and entertainment on the weekends. Big downside was that there is little to no security. One of our mountain bikes was stolen while we were gone at the lake for a few hours. I have never had that happen ever and have been to many RV parks, lakes and national parks. Also, our small dog was almost mauled by the on-site Manager's dog who had her pitbull off leash. 12/5/24 In response to your reply I tried to call you to discuss but all I get is voicemail. Regardless what I mean by security is that there are usually workers on site that patrol the area and I did not see this at your camp. You indeed did have a female manager on site living in a mororhome right next to our campsite #50 who had her dog (maybe not a pitbull but similar) in her car with the door open and he jumped out unleashed and ran to attack me and my dog. She came over after and apologized. Thank you.

Great place! The staff is super friendly and the whole place has a great vibe. We stayed in the cabins which are very clean and modern, with a large kitchen. It was over 100 degrees outside today but the split ac and fan was amazingly effective. We will definitely return!

Amazing staff who make you feel like family rather than visitors. If you forget something that you need, they are more than happy to either find something for you or point you in the right direction to get it. Also it is only 25 min from Redding, which makes it easy to go to Walmart or any other major stores. There is also a small grocery store and gas station nearby for quick needs. The cabins have a small stove/oven, full-size fridge/freezer, making it easy to prepare your meals if you want to rather than eat out. They even have a few of the essentials like a small coffee maker, a couple plates, silverware, and cups. Or if you have a camper they have trailer sites (some with a lake view), they have full hook-ups and a dumping station as well as bathrooms with showers if you're camping. They have many activities, horseshoe pits, a pool (if you don't want to swim in the lake, which temperature is perfect). The bar has a pool table, video games, a giant connect 4, and a cornhole set. The live music (Friday night and Saturday night) was amazing! Great place for the family. Fun, safe environment for the kids, while the adults are relaxing and having fun also. They are also pet friendly. I'm so glad we found this place! I love it here and would spend the entire summer here if I didn't have any other responsibilities!

This is such a beautiful resort at Shasta Lake in Northern CA. The view of the lake is amazing! The bar and restaurant are fantastic. Definitely a family friendly place with a beautiful pool and activities for kids and adults. Live music on the weekend at the outdoor stage. The resort is a family operation. I highly recommend you book your stay soon😊

We found this cool spot to park the camper for a few days on accident. We were greeted by the bartender Michael when we pulled in to help us find a camping spot to park. We had some drinks from him later that night and had great frindly service. The owners Lacey and Tim were very friendly, very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. We are pretty picky when it comes to food and their food was very good and made from scratch which is hard to come by these days. We live 6 and half hours from here and will be back this summer for sure! Great place to check out to stay or for food a drinks!
