Lakeside Campground and Marina

The campground is immaculate. Other campers and staff are so friendly! We stayed the first time on site 14a. We had plenty of room for our 31 feet RV and a car. The site backed up right to the lake. It was wonderful to wake up every morning looking out over the water. I HIGHLY recommend this campground and Marina! What a great place for camping, fishing, boating and peace and quiet.

Great campground for motorhomes and travel trailers. We stayed one night only. Lake is so beautiful and you get to have a front line. A lot of fish in the lake too, we even saw Gar fish. The only thing is that the showers are extremely old and need some love on updating paint and shower heads. The cost is $40 per night plus tax.

Recently stayed 4 nights there and it was great. Nice, clean campground with friendly service. Our stay was quiet and very enjoyable. Great access to the lake. The campsite we got was a waterfront site and had full hookups. Will go back there for sure.

We stayed in site 19A and had a beautiful lake view. We had access to kayak in the lake and a grassy area to play corn hole while sitting around a campfire. We had a 3 sites total (18B, 19A & 19B) with our friends and had a great time. The pool water was warm but refreshing after being in the lake and live music on Saturday night was entertaining. We stayed at our site and was able to hear the music and visit with our friends. We meet friendly campers and enjoyed our chats with them. One of the best things about camping is meeting others campers and sharing information and tips about places to go and things to do. The only downside was our neighbor, aka Karen, in site 20A was upset about us using the walkway going down to the lake that was near her site and was very rude. She even started a fire in the walkway to prevent us from using it. She said she paid $600 a month for her site and her walkway. That said this was the only negative to our trip. This is a beautiful place with several things to do and see. We will definitely be back.

The owners are nice and welcoming. The sites are a bit close but it wasn't a problem. We had an exceptional spot and enjoyed our stay. We drove 10 minutes over to the LBL and enjoyed the Bison sightings, and a good (easy) several mile hike.

Rented one of their campers for 4 nights, get there and no AC, hot water, cable TV is out on the entire site, beds are in dire need of replacement. Definitely not worth the $115 / night + tax. Motel 5 min down road with everything that is lacking and more for under $100/ night. Hope to talk to owner tomorrow and try to get something worked out. They knew about the hot water and cable and did not say anything about it at booking. I fish this lake 2 to 4 times each year and others. I am a loyal customer to places that provide the product represented. I am not a complainer. This is my first negative review of any place like this. If owner makes it right, I will update this review. Update. Owner called me a few minutes ago. She is going above and beyond expectations to make this right by me. Highly recommend doing business here. Still don't recommend the campers because the mattresses are horrible. Maybe they will get replaced soon. Anyway, awesome Owner and customer service.

Such a remarkable place. The staff was welcoming and the views were phenomenal. Glad I chose this secret nook to spend my time at the land between the lakes. Even had some nice docks so I could fish in between hikes
