They were awesome to work with as we had to cancel and change our dates from last year do to the fact one of the family had to have major surgery and was not physically strong enough to make the trip. It was nice to get away! Loved the idea of the dog park area.. the dogs met friends and were able to be off leash and run energy off.. Thanks to the Perm. Camper that brought Winston to the park :)
Fees, fees and more fees! We have a family of 6 and one of my kids are now an adult so we had to pay for the extra kid and adult per day. More than 1 car per site per day fee, want to bring your dog? Fee per dog per day. Visitors coming just to hang out at your campsite?? You guessed it per person fee oh and dont forget the fee for their car too. And the list goes on. Campsites are very nice and large, staff is very helpful and friendly. Speed limit is strictly enforced, I appreciated that especially with all the kids running around. We have been here many times and like the facility but the extra fees will prob keep us from coming back.
This campground is great for the family. Inflatables in the pond for all to play on. The pool is the perfect temperature when real hot outside. Small dog park, right next to the chicken coop. Fishing pier by the very large community fire pit. Gaga ball, carpet ball and large jump pillow. Location was great. We had a shooting competition at WTA grounds, that was only 10 minutes away. Overall great place to camp.
This place is very nice. New jump pillow was a hit for the kids. Nice inflatables on the swim pond for the kids who love them. Was really nice not having much vehicle traffic in the campground. Felt like I could let the kids be more free without the constant worry of cars.
The campground was close to the WTA Homegrounds and Heart of Wisconsin. Our site was spacious. The staff was kind and helpful. They are extremely organized, to a point where it's kind of annoying, but it keeps everyone's stay enjoyable. We had a problem with the power on our camper, and the guys came and checked the power at the pole within 30 minutes of me calling Randy in the office. 2 workers came to help, they were very polite and helpful and tried trouble shooting our issue, but it was more in-depth than they had time for. They made a suggestion for a local mobile RV repair company. Being so hot, and upset about my camper issues, I forgot my spare keys on the power post. Several hours later, I came back to the campground, was loaned a golf cart to go back to my site, and was able to find my keys. We will definitely be back!
