Is very quiet, managers are good, I'm in the overflow part, I pay 550/ month includes electric. A lot of people have dogs. It's ok. A lot of older units in here . I'm good at cleaning and polishing gel coat, my RV looks great.
I lived here for 2 and a 1/2 years it's a quite place and you can see the gators swimming by and feed the fish .
Mostly year-round resonance but very nice very clean on a beautiful little lake
Was not even there a month and was asked to leave. He had bicycles on the back of his truck and said that they were stolen and said that he had the video to prove it. And he didn't even give me the rest of my money because we were not their a month. I would not recommend this place for nothing
Out standing place to stay or live year round we have lived here all most 5 years and the people who own it are the nicest people and you can't beat there prices
