Day use pass $2 for a camp site (overnight a little more) access to water, restrooms and the lake. Good place to park while exploring the trailhead for Trail Between the Lakes. At this area, trail was mild to moderately maintained. A bit overgrown but not unreasonable. You will need closed toe shoes. Beautiful forest views and peaceful sounds of nature. Great area for birding if that is your jam.

Nice lakeside campground. Google says it's free but it is actually a fee area. Fee is only $3/day to camp though and $2 for day use.

Amazing campground with an indescribably beautiful view of the lake. A bit crowded on July 4th. Water spigots and portapoties are the extent of the amenities as the restrooms were locked. I would love to revisit here someday.
