The environment of Lakeview RV Park and Cabins is arguably its most compelling asset. We just got back from an unforgettable stay at Lakeview RV and Cabins, and I can’t recommend this place enough! The spacious campsites provided plenty of room for our family, allowing us to truly enjoy the outdoors. The kids had a blast at the playground and on the bouncy jumping mat, keeping them entertained for hours. As for me, the highlight was definitely the pool area—it’s fantastic! It’s connected to the bar and restaurant which was super convenient. What really stood out was the attentive service; the bartender/server came around the pool several times, checking in on guests and making sure everyone was well taken care of. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service! One thing that I’m super picky about with campgrounds is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, and this place hit the mark. The bathrooms were always super clean during our time there! A+! We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, and they were incredibly warm and welcoming. Their passion for the campground is evident, and it adds a personal touch to the whole experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a great mini golf course, an arcade, and a general store stocked with everything you might need during your stay. We even dined at the restaurant one night and ordered the brisket—it was absolutely delicious! Lakeview RV Park and Cabins is a true gem. We had such a wonderful time, and I can confidently say we will be back. If you’re looking for a family-friendly campground with fantastic amenities and exceptional service, this is the place to go!

BEST experience EVER!! We came here for just one night but I wish we had extra time to stay! There are SO many activities and fun things to do to keep adults, kids, and families entertained! We are new to camping and didn’t realize the electric and water hookups were at the front of the site. We weren’t prepared for that but it took one quick phone call to the office and they lent us the extensions we needed. The owners were very sweet and accommodating! We will absolutely be back and will tell our friends about it. The sunset and beautiful lake view was phenomenal! So thankful to have found this gem!

Mike, and Carol, We enjoyed our stay. We know that you are trying your best to make it successful and that it can be a very stressful thing to try and please all. We were there Memorial Day weekend, and we were very impressed with your fish fry, and the fact that Mike came out and asked every customer how it was, as he had prepared it. Carol, I think that under stress, you may come across somewhat crabby, but please don’t take that as a cut. Overall talking with you, and trying to understand you better, I think you are a good person, and mean well. Try, and put that big smile on, and try not to stress, and I think you’ll do well. And I love your friendly cat😍 People can nitpick everything with their ratings, but just try, and stay strong and keep that smile. I also want to comment that the outhouses were exceptionally clean. I’m hoping that next time I will be giving you a five star. I gave you a four star, only because of the conflict between you and your bartender. I think it is important to treat your good employees the best you can, in order to keep them, it’s unfortunate that an employee is complaining to a customer, that should never happen. That is a note to your employee, and when having an employee problem, it’s best to keep it private, and not in front of customers. Dawn

This beautiful campground is on a rock ledge which makes it impossible for them to offer sewer hookup throughout the park. They have a waste dump at the entrance, BUT -you have to pay if you want to empty your sewer on the way in. Note: Any other park; you come in with a full tank it's just part of the hookup to be allowed to dump your waste from previous day's use. Not these hosts. $15.00 fee. They offer nice clean potty houses and a lovely shower house, however it costs per minute to use the shower. Again, trying to keep that tank from overflowing costs at every corner. We skimped our way through 3 day stay, not really being able to use our RV , but rather using shower house ($$) and potty house. Our tank still overflowed by day 3🤥 Host Carol was very kind --but that didn't help our overflowing tank. She assured us we could "easily" stay 3 days without overflowing...but the only way you can do that is to skimp every amenity your own personal RV offers. Nah, that's zero satisfaction.

The place is beautiful. The management is rude, hateful, and I’m sure running off business. We were there for Memorial Day and most places are packed this one had plenty of spots. We rented a golf cart for the week but didn’t need it for the whole time. I think we got screwed over the price of that. You would think she would just refund the total I paid for 7 days and recharge me for the two days I needed it but all of a sudden there was a 3 days minimum for that weekend. The female owner was a something else. I was standing in the office with my arms folded and she told me I looked “aggressive”. She verbally berated the waitress in front of all of our group, multiple times…. What business owner treats patrons and staff like that? 0 out of 10 for professionalism. There is so much more that went on with her but I don’t have the time to note it all.
