Wonderful couple days here. The place has very nice owners. Has everything you need on sight. Bathroom, laundry room, pool. Thank you Tony for the hospitality.

The gal that checked me in was very nice. The place is a bit run down. It looked like they had a lot ofluve in residents The bathroom was sort of clean, one of the toilets kept running The shower was ok but the rug was soaking wet.

Lamar sportsman’s campground was a great place to stop and rest for the night. They were accommodating for my late checking with my RV and all hookups and internet worked great. If I am ever passing through and need a place to hookup my RV for the night I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Honestly this place is nowhere near as nice as advertised. The whole place smells like horses, the pool is empty in June-July and the full timers have annoying dogs that run around. The only decent part was the people. Our booked spot had something blocking our slide-outs and they switched us happily.

Helpful and friendly staff. Had an issue with my camper when I got there, they were quick to refer a mobile repair man to help. Great rates, nice folks.
