Lamplight Lane RV Resort at Glen Oaks

This park has been a go-to for my husband and I since the start of our RV journey over 8 months ago. John is always accommodating and friendly. We have always felt right at home every time we arrive. He and his camp hosts keep the park functioning and cleanly. The roads and sites throughout are kept level. There is a beautiful, small, well kept field with trees providing plenty of shade. Perfect for a walk with your pets (my dogs love it; please leash and pick up after) or kids to be outside. You will see plenty of rabbits and the occasional deer. It may be right off I-44, but it is quiet and calm. While the facilities are undergoing upgrades, the rest of the park has improvements that are outstanding, it is looking better every time we see it! The quietness and welcoming energy make it worth our while. We come to stay every time we are in town and have never regretted it; we are happy to be repeat campers! I can’t wait to see this place grow, thank you John!

This was a great stay over the owner was super nice and got me into my spot and it was level and full hook up! Very quiet for being next to a roadway! It was a good reasonable priced overnight stay! It doesn’t have facilities but I didn’t need them and just needed to have somewhere safe to stay the night.

Beautiful, clean, small campground just off I-44. Lots are perfectly level.. amazing. John was so nice and accommodating. We were waiting for our truck to be repaired and he was very flexible with our check out time. Great little campground very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I spent 6 months at this RV park and the stay was perfect. When I moved in I didn't know what I was doing with my camper (I just bought it) and the owners helped me with great advice. The park overall is quiet at night so it's perfect for you early birds. I will be back when the Army sends me! Thanks Again!

Do not believe the pictures or info on the website. The owners are SUPER nice, however, the park is old, not well maintained and the the bathrooms and showers are Closed. This park looks like it hasn't been touched since 1980! Numerous older rv's that are obviously long term. Convenient to St. Robert but SUPER sketchy location near a truckstop. Owners were honest enough to refund my booking and the Camp host was extremely nice x-military.

Great place right off I-44 for an I overnight stop. I didn't hear much highway noise. I had called because I was running late and someone actually answered the phone. Then, they met me as I pulled up and directed me to my site. Their customer service is top notch. I would stay here again.

Not alot of amenities which was totally fine with us. For $50 you get sewar water electricity and wifi you can't beat the price. Convenience store/gas station with a smoking section and slot machines within walking distance. Located right off the high way. Drive through RV spots. John and Barbara the owners were super friendly. John let us use a couple folding chairs(we forgot to pack them). We had a package forwarded to the site and John measured up it would get there on time, and it did. Great place to stay on a budget gor a few days. I highly recommend them. Thanks John and Barbara.
