Landa Park

This is a place to go and unwind and thoroughly enjoy! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and clean! It’s a good place to have an event and it’s a great place to see some of the best scenery. There is also a beautiful train that takes a short voyage through the park. I saw everything from picnics to weddings to photo apps in wonderful children playing. This is a park for everyone. A great place to meet people and also very dog friendly.

A wonderful park, it has so much to do during the whole day. From playing soccer, volleyball, fishing, running, hiking, you can walk your dog but nearby there is also an area for our doggie babies, it has several parking lots so you can park where it is closest to you. There are many playgrounds for children in different areas. If you want to celebrate your child or family member's birthday, they have areas for that, only with reservation. The bathrooms are adequate and for being a free park they are kept a little clean compared to other parks where it is better to wait at home to use the bathroom. We were surprised by the number of deer we saw, there are too many and they get so close to people, they are not afraid and the interaction and happiness of the children is magical. (Do not feed them) It is a park not only to hang out, the whole day you can enjoy its climate, its views of the family, its nature, the river, ride the mini train. I fell in love with this park and the best thing is that you spend your time in a beautiful and free place.

Beautiful park and aquatic center. Incredible scenery. Clean facilities. Lots of lifeguards and staff around for help. Easy to find some shade if you need, but not so easy to find a place to sit. Bring your own lawn chairs or towels/blankets and you'll be fine. Plenty to do for all age and activity levels. One of the cleanest and well kept parks I've seen in a while, with great courts and picnic areas, plus friendly ducks and squirrels (just don't feed them)! The train around the park is a great touch too! Didn't get to the playground, but from driving by it looked good, clean, safe, etc.

Always love Landa! I’ve had a bday party there, and go frequently to play Pokémon Go. It’s usually very clean and depending on what time you go and the area you go to, it can be very quiet and peaceful. It’s an excellent place for photography as well and you do see a lot of animals

Very nice park located in New Braunfels. Free parking and lots of walkways and pathways to take all around. A lot of nature. There is even a train that goes around the park.

Great park for a run, family picnic, walk and more. A big part of the park has direct access to the river with decent views. In a park you can find some wild ducks, squirrels, deers and some other birds too. Full loop around there park is about 2 miles long. There is plenty of parking spots as well. Park also have few nice playgrounds for kids.

Landa Park is absolutely gorgeous and we love going there and walking around the water, enjoying the ducks and other animals. It’s a great place to walk off stress and get a moment of peace. Take a visit as you won’t be disappointed!

There is so much to do at Landa. We took a walk around the really large hiking trail. It goes near lots of neat bodies of water. We checked out the fishing pier and the water is so clear you can see all the fish. The childrens playgrounds are really large and diverse also.

Very big and very good park with all kinds of things to do. I bring dogs from the shelter to the park every now and then.
