We paid $741.60 for spot 81 50amp hookup, I called to let them know we would be later then our check in date by just two days and was informed that there were water issues in the 50amp sites and that there were only a few spots open that were accounted for so I just said can I get a refund and then maybe try again later on. They then said they would call me back and never did so I called this morning 3-5-25 and they said we couldn’t get our refund because it had been longer then 7 days since we booked, we booked the spot on 2-26-25 and today 3-5-25 is exactly 7 days then they said I would have to talk to someone in corporate about getting my refund, I proceed to call corporate and much is just the reservation office and they said they can send my contact info to someone in corporate but I would have to wait, so people before you make a reservation with these guys just know that if you for some reason need to cancel they will keep your full payment not just the $150 deposit like i was told.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We stayed for many months for work. Things and rules constantly changed. We were accused of things we didn't do. They would drive down the roads and yell at us while they were drunk. The staff was rude and clearly had something against us. I have never experienced this treatment before and have stayed at many parks. Many of the amenities were not there or as stated. When we first arrived, everything went smoothly. However, once Rickey took over, it went to crap. She was the one yelling out her truck window at us. She was the one speeding through the park all the time. This park not only overcharged my daughter, they charged my debit card for my daughter's lot rent unauthorized. We went in the office many times to update when my daughter actually moved in for her monthly rent date to be accurate and were told on all occasions that they knew and would document it. However, when she moved out, they charged her for a whole month she wasn't even there which they charged to my bank. I know that all businesses have one or 2 people that complain about everything, but heed my warning. We were a group of campers that travel together for work, and we all had issues with this park. They tried to charge one coworker for busting the concrete which was clearly shown busted on Google maps before we got there. Another coworker they tried to charge a cleanup fee because her camper jack pads made an indention on the camper parking pad which is where you are supposes to park a camper. Again, they tried to charge me a fee for what was on my daughter's lot....again not my responsibility. Many people here are overcharged with messed up electric bills and now charged for water although it was stated that was included when we pulled in. No internet, office closed all the time, rec room closed during hours that most people can access it. Poor excuse for a park, and I think the biggest problem there is Rickey, one of the managers. Matter of fact, the one that vapes in the office that was mentioned in another customer's post that i didnt even know. The office personal blame corporate and corporate blames the local office. Many have reached out to corporate about this park and to my knowledge nothing has been done here or with Rickey. Please run by all means!!! I forgot to add that I will now being going to small claims court to get the unauthorized charge to my card back. What a pain! Update: I have contacted the company at both the Laramie location and corporate emails with no resolution several times. I have all emails to prove this. Many times they ignore you. One time they did reply back and told me to grow up and pay my bills like an adult. That was exactly what I was trying to do was pay my bill minus bogus charges and overcharges plus get my deposit back. They will not give your deposit back unless you have them do it before you pay your final bill. Again, not only did they charge me for my daughter's lot on my card unauthorized, but they never returned her deposit. Shady...Shady place. Not to mention the rent fees are so overinflated due to nothing else available there.

This has been one of the best rv places I've stayed at. The lots are very low priced and the lots are really good sized. They have a club house that stays really warm in the winter with lots of activities to do. The shower on the property stays hot forever. The employees are extremely nice. With a little shop in the main office. Would absolutely recommend.

The Laramie RJourney is an awesome RV park and the employees are awesome from the manager on down as I've been staying on and off for about 5 years now but the workers or employees there now are awesome. The people that are talking rubbish about the park and employees are liars as I was in the Laundry room when he was in the office bullying the female workers. You go ladies as your doing a great job. As a retired Police Officer I definitely know you can't please everyone.

The service and dedication to providing the promised services alone are enough to put this place in the toilet. Half the laundry machines are broken and have been for some time. The office staff is very frequently not in the building during business hours so you can never get help. Nobody answers the phone. The billing was screwed up. Follow through and call-backs are nonexistent. The overall feel is that these people get paid to do nothing and if you pay for a site there, you will suffer for it.
