Our campground is known for its pet-friendly environment, featuring a large dog park where your furry companions can play and socialize. Guests have praised our amenities, with one reviewer stating, "Great campground, we stayed there for 2 months and didn’t want to leave. They are pet friendly and have a big dog park."

The campground also boasts a large pond, home to numerous ducks and geese, creating a picturesque setting. Additionally, we have goats on-site, adding to the unique charm of our location. The pond is also a popular place for fishing, which is a popular activity for many of our guests.

Recent reviews indicate that the campground is under new administration, and while some individuals have expressed concerns, others have offered positive feedback. One long term guest shared, "We heard the campground is under new administration and a lot of people are being rude and harsh about it, we will say Give them a chance! They are really nice people and helped with everything we needed during our stay. It’s never easy to start a business but you guys are doing great! We will miss you. Carolina, Calvin and Pedro."

For those interested in water activities, one guest inquired about bringing their own kayak, indicating the pond's potential for such recreation. We recommend contacting the campground directly to confirm specific policies regarding personal watercraft.

Only go as a last resort! Site was dirty, picnic table was half way collapsed. There was no sewer hook up on our “full hook up” site, we had to use the one on the next site over. Staff didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. Mostly full timers there and sites are not kept up at all. In response to owner. We did not use a different picnic table. 2. We never used the laundry and my husband never spoke to any of you. 3. We don’t have a van, but just an fyi.. vans often do need sewer hookups. 4. I rarely leave bad reviews.

Tent camping is right next to the highway. It's loud from the traffic day and night. The lake needs cleaned to much seaweed to fish. And the animals didn't have water or hay the night before or the morning. And one of the goats hooves are cracked. .

Due to the abundance of positive reviews, I decided to book this campsite for my girlfriend and me and it was extremely disappointing. The positive reviews must be from people with RVs because I cannot see anyone who goes tent camping here having a positive experience. Our tent site was clearly an afterthought. A tiny spot pushed up against an RV with no picnic table or designated spot for our car. It was neither quiet nor secluded as advertised. It is right next to a very busy highway and the other residents stay up late, talking loudly (I don’t mind the talking, it’s nice to hear people having a good time, but it’s not quiet. People next to us were up past 2:30am and I could hear their full conversation.) and riding their golf carts around. The bathrooms were disgusting, everything was rusty and I came out of the shower smelling like rust/iron. All 3 of the women’s toilets were dirty and one had feces on the seat. Not that this is the campground’s fault, but it is clear that accommodations for tent campers are not a priority. We only stayed for a night and could not leave fast enough. Extremely overpriced for a campsite that is this dirty and unpleasant. They also charged us 50 for a tent site when the listed rate online is 35 so beware of that. Definitely would never come back here.

First time coming, staff was friendly & accommodating - however the spots are very small, very cramped and half covered in rocks so we couldnt even put up our 2nd tent. The RV right behind us had a big dog enclosure COVERED in dog poop, 10 steps away from our picnic table - it wasnt pleasant being right next to it and the campers never cleaned up any of that mess in the 3 days we were there. The website says ammenities include wifi, animals, pool - there was no wifi, no animals besides geese, and the pool was dirty (not that the weather was swim appropriate anyways but it was noticed.) I'm not sure if there's quiet time but at 1:00 am, there are kids screaming, golf cards riding around, and karaoke going on. There were so many open spots near the pond that we would've much rather been at, so I'm not sure why they weren't available. The fishing docks are out dated and very loose and an accident waiting to happen! On the bright side, the bathrooms were clean and the kids loved the bounce house but if we come back I will request to be at the other end of the park, being right between a bunch of RVs and on a tiny trail is not ideal.

This campground is amazing, they have a fishing pond, dog park, and a swimming pool! Reasonably priced and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I'm staying here because it's close to work and if I ever get on another job site near here I'll definitely be back!!

Ive been coming to this campground for more than 20 years but last years visit was sadly my last smh . A hallow shell of what it used to be, everything from the lake to the pool is dirty and under maintained . I went to the pool which used to be blue now green 🤮 was talking to some of the other campers when one guy in the pool touched another guys private area , I knew my once childhood spot was now a dirty tragedy . Miss the previous owners and all the activities they had going on daily . I give this place a ZERO STAR rating if i could .

Stayed there last spring, and I'm going back this year. Connie and Brad are terrific managers as well as great people.
