They even have a movie theatre! This is one of my favorite places to stay. I just wish the wifi had a better signal for my roku for the TV. The hot tub and pools are amazing in the winter they could raise the temperature a bit but very comfortable and maintained.

Fireworks can launch at random times (7am, 8pm, 1am), this also sets every dog in the park off. It doesn't feel like any KOA we've stayed at. Saw just one yellow shirt at checkin. The lots are sandy and when the wind blows there's no protection. The price is low, and while there were some long-term setups, most seem to be short or one week stays. Dog park is very small area (20x40), so it's less of a "dog run" as advertised unless you have a very small dog :) Showers were clean and hot. Laundry had plenty of machines (9, with only 1 broken). Probably won't stay again due to fireworks, but if they don't bother you it's a place to park for a few nights.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.

This was our first time staying at a KOA and it was wonderful. Clean grounds, clean facilities, friendly office staff, full hook-ups, and very easy check-in for a last minute stop. We will be looking out for KOA's in our travels. I hope they meet the expectation that the Avi Resort KOA met.

Great host, Robin! She is very friendly and helpful...started out our stay nicely. I don't care for the way the sites are laid out, such that you open to each other's spaces, best if they have Motorhomes together rather than motorhome and trailer (doors line up!) Don't be in a hurry for the shuttle service...if they are busy RV pickups are last on the list (waited over 23 minutes, called again and waited another 9). The Casino is clean and the Moonshadow Grill is good. Overall nice and we will be back.

Very nice location. Clean with nice amenities. Dog park is nice and property has great views.

If we could give negative stars, we would. This place is nothing like it is portrayed in pictures. It is basically dirt with outlets. When we made the reservation, we asked to pick up a site that would allow us enough length to not unhook our tow. They only pick the sites. When we got here around 1:15, the office was closed for lunch from 1 to 2:30. It was 108 out so we went to our spot that was noted on the locked office door. The space wasn’t close to large enough. Waiting until 2:30 for the office to open, I expressed my concern that the office was closed when people would most likely be checking in. She basically said so what. I’m the only person here. Then KOA or this casino should cough up some money for help. Maybe if you are into casinos this is your jam but this is the worst place we have been in 10 years of RV’ing and we’ve stayed in parking lots before.
