Wonderful campground. Bathroom & laundry room is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful trees!!! We were greeted and escorted to our campsite. Very convenient to I-70( only 2 miles, but NO interstate noise). We plan on returning!!!
I stayed in a tent camping spot for just a quick overnight recently but in the little time I was there, I was very impressed with this campground. Their facilities were clean and well-maintained. They provided a lot of nice amenities for their patrons including a dog park, trails, a well-maintained restroom, and laundry facilities. The campground was quiet and felt very safe. The person I spoke with when contacting the campground, Nancy, was kind, helpful, and clear when I needed a late check in. She made the process extremely easy! I will definitely stay here again whenever I need to pass through the area!
We spent the night in our RV. Nice fairly level gravel pads. Staff was great! We did not use the restrooms or laundry room but others did. We really wanted to spend another day but with hurricane Francine going to pass through our travel route we decided it was best to leave and try to get past it. We would like to return on another cross country trip. 💥💥💥💥💥 5 stars
Lazy Day is awesome! We planned for a camping weekend and our initial site at another location didn’t work out. Lazy Day was able to accommodate us on short notice. The site was great, quite large and lots of trees. They have a great fishing spot and very clean bathrooms/laundry area. Everything was perfect!!!
Amazing campground and great owners one of our favorite campgrounds. We have a great time every time, there’s two fishing areas. They have ice cream socials every once and awhile. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. There’s also a hillbilly golf area, corn hole and horse shoe area. Pool is midsized but very nice, owners are very accommodating and good at communicating.
