Small, private, older park. Mostly full timers or folks who stay more than a month. Cement plant next door fires up at 3 or 4 am. Not great but beats railroads that are close to some parks. Location is nice. Rent is extremely reasonable for the gulf. Host lives on site. Nice enough but slow to respond if you want to book what few sites might be available.
I love the environment! The management are also very well intended people, I haven't met them personally although you can tell by how they maintain everything and how inviting the place truly does seem. In terms of maintenance, I couldn't be happier. The pond is stocked well with fish, the wash houses are very clean and inviting, the grass is kept clean cut and beautiful. Over all the place is just clean. To elaborate on the inviting nature of the park, the name says it all. Gulf shores is a wonderful vacation town and I highly recommend staying here if you decide to visit. God bless
I can not say enough good things about this place. They have large spacious lots with a very nice lake for fishing. The owners are extremely pleasant. Some complain about the noise from the concrete plant next door but we didn't hear it at all. It is close to so many shop & restaurants with a short drive to the beach. Thank u so much for the southern hospitality. We had a blast and will definitely be back.
This is a beautiful little campground and close to the beaches , shopping , and dining. It's very well maintained and pet friendly. The owners are very nice and make you feel welcome. Although there is a concrete plant next door , you adjust to it quickly. All of the amenities, such as Wifi, Cable , and laundry room make up for a little noise. I can't wait to go back .
