LBA (Lake Bastrop Acres) RV PARK

Awesome park owner is awesome understands the people who are coming up threw the trades really clean everyone keeps to themselves beautiful park

this place is amazing!! caring neighbors no loud noises people here respect each other it's peaceful the park is very clean, laundry room and showers always smelling fresh and clean the lot manager is so nice and understanding I've been parked here for about 5 months now and me my husband and children love it here :) it's literally like a piece of of paradise in LBA.

Very clean. Not very loud, but lots of dogs running around barking.

this place was at first okay. until our neighbors started to tell us about how they got roaches from being there only a few months. thinking the campground didn’t have them, they were just blaming the bugs on the owner for their campers being dirty (it was obvious.) until a few weeks in, we start getting bugs! in a BRAND NEW CAMPER. not only that, there’s a lady that lives there (been there for years) and takes in ANY dog she can and lets them roam around. a fence only goes good when you actually use it. and the owner does nothing about it. not the bugs, not the dogs, nothing. and on top of it all, didn’t even return the deposit like she stated. we followed all the rules and then some. let me not talk about the washer and dryers, good luck saving money when you have to spend a ton on ones that don’t even work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!

I love it here. It's quite and very clean. I've been hear for 3 years and the price is perfect!
