LCR Vacation Rentals

This place is also known as the Sandcastle at 22nd first upon getting this rental I was really having some bad thoughts after looking at all the reviews as you guys knew I do a lot of reviews all over the place all over the country this place is is awesome I only found a few minor things that most people will probably not even see the room was clean the people were amazing and friendly and always eager to help you have your privacy there's not anyone knocking on your door in the morning except for the day that you are leaving and that wasn't even early this is a great place to spend your vacation they have a beautiful pool area with fire pits hammocks even a place if you wanted to have your whole family and visitors for a cookout the lobby is nice and relaxing they have a grab-and-go area which makes it very I could go on and on about how much I really like this place you get your money's worth don't hesitate to come even on the rainy day the guy in front of the resort is placing out chairs and umbrellas in case you wanted to go and enjoy the ocean scenery there's also two hiki Hut in the gazebo let's just say that this won't be my last day here

Stay clear of 2905! Musky smells is the worst complaint. We also have some type of animal crawling either in the walls or duct work. Went to complain to main office about problems and they sent someone to spray some fragrance around the rental. All of our clothes and personal belongings stink from the nasty smell.

I would not recommend this unit!!! The house was filthy when we arrived and needed a thorough cleaning. The pictures are misleading and the house was very unkept. There were holes in the walls, the bedroom door was barely hanging with one screw, the couch/recycler was broke, I could go on. There were not enough dishes, and the ones that were provided were dirty or broke. The tub had plaster in it where they tried to fix a crack, and the shower curtains were dirty. It is a pet friendly house, and there was black dog hair/fuzz balls everywhere from previous renters (my dog is blonde). I did reach out to LCR rentals and they sent someone over immediately to fix the kitchen light, exterminate and nail down some boards on the deck. I would not recommend this unit, however, the LCR team were very helpful and fixed our immediate needs quickly. We've been coming to Lakewood for 12-15 years and love it! We have a camper and usually camp, but this year we brought our elderly parents and needed more room. I was very disappointed in this unit and will most certainly look at a unit before I rent one again.

We love Lakewood. The website is not the easiest to navigate. Each house we've stayed in has its pros and cons. This was the nicest one we stayed in. It would be nice if they offered more garbage bags and toilet paper. Easy check in and out. Super nice community within lakewood.

First off I'd like to say we visit Lakeview Campgrounds often but always had a RV. Lakewood is a great place for all especially family. This was the first year we used the LCR rentals on-site. They were very very dirty. Nothing about our unit was conformable. All the beds were so bad my limbs were sleeping the whole week. The couch was so dirty, all the furniture was dirty we had to request extra blankets and sheets to cover. The pots and pans provided we black. Worst part is the floor that we walked on continually made our feet black! Honestly the list goes on. If your looking for a cozy, clean place to relax these rentals are not the place!
