Friendly, helpful staff. The largest, nicest dog play area we’ve ever encountered at a campground (KOA or otherwise). Propane service conveniently located on site. Clean, well maintained facilities. We will absolutely be back!!
We've stayed here many times over the years and have enjoyed it each time. Great staff!! Super friendly and helpful. Seems to know when you need help and when to step away and let you have it.
This was the best location. Friendly staff, fabulous pool, great location and flexible camping. We used this location to prepare for our bucket list Austin City Limits experience. After fun-filled exhausting days we came back to quiet, star-filled nights.
This is an old review but stayed here back Aug 25th, 2017 fleeing Hurricane Harvey from Corpus Christi. Arrived around 3am & stayed at one of the last campsites with our 2 dogs because we had no where to go. It was a fun adventure tying a hammock from the truck to the fence. 😂
Easy to get to, right off the freeway. Our spot was near a busy road & near the exit to the park. Was a bit noisy. Park is clean. Laundry room is also clean. Two days after we checked out I received a phone call from the office. The gal was not nice. She accused us of dumping ashes on the lawn at our site before we left. She asked why would we do that. The grounds keeper said it wasn't there before we arrived & that he checks the sites every day. We were there for 7 days. I explained the ashes were already there when we arrived. She didn't believe me at first. There were signs posted, no fires, so we didn't but someone before us did.
