This is just a campground! Very noisy at night.. Children running around on golf carts all hours of the day-and-night. Love seeing people having fun but this is over the top. As a Seasonal visitor I would not Lease a permanent spot there. Office people are nice. Security guards Think They are police. During the day time At night when you need them you cannot find them. Every other golf cart has a security sign. Seasonals pay for yard maintenance. the maintenance crew is a joke. Belligerent and sarcastic. 5720 Happy Camping🤪 Dear owner, You have my sympathy. If you have spent 22 years in the park? America has so many beautiful places to see and spend the summer. So talking about Sleepy Hollow Or anywhere else shows me you do not know what you are talking about. You are the problem and not the solution.

We rented for 1 month. The park is nice. Quite hours end at 8 am, we have never stayed anywhere that was this early in 60 years. Usually 10, a few at 9. I called the owners rep by accident and was immediately shut down on my questions because we were renters. I was told to call a different number, the renters number. It made me feel very unwelcome, the tone was you are second class here. There are over 900 spots with the vast majority owners. Our motorhome got some pretty deep gouges from trees on one of the main roads, trimming is needed. I would stay again for the location and most folks staying were very nice, as was the front office.
