Just had the most amazing 4 days at Lemolo Lake Resort! We were in RV Space #1 with our 21 ft camper. Absolutely loved the playground and dog park, so convienant! The lake is right there with sandy toddler friendly access points. Also has a boat dock with rentals, which was fun! We took a pedal boat out and it was a blast. The bathrooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean, the grounds are extremely well cared for which was nice. They also offered daily activities for the little ones like ice cream socials and craft classes. The owners of this place, Jim and Anita, are so kind and welcoming. Our daughter loved walking to the on site store just to say hi to them. Already wondering when we can make it back. Thank you for a wonderful family getaway!
Shower details were lacking. 4 tokens for an 8 minute shower. I know we're saving water, but it takes a good 2 minutes just to drop the coins in and get ready to shower. The woods were beautiful. No smoke while the fire was blazing in another area. The lake is gorgeous. Didn't let us share our spot with our friends.
I stayed at Lemolo Lake Resort last weekend with two friends and it was amazing! We stayed in Cabin #7 and it had everything we needed - two beds, a dining room table, a fridge and microwave, dishes, and a bathroom with a shower. It was a 2 minute walk to the lake where there is a beautiful waterfront and we went swimming several times. There was also nice trails and tons of great spots to put up my hammock! They also have a great little store that has everything you could need. It's the perfect hidden gem just 45 minutes from Crater Lake, 30 minutes from Umpqua Hot Springs, and only 20 minutes from Diamond Lake's restaurant (including a great waterfront pizza place). Jim and Anita are the new owners as of this year. Sadly we missed Anita but Jim gave us such a warm welcome and was very hospitable and friendly! He also gave us the restaurant recommendations I mentioned above. I can't wait to go back again!!
This is an incredible campground! We stayed in a lakeshore tent only site. The view was beautiful, you can fish from your campsite. You feel secluded in each site and the sites are not squeezed together. The little camp store has everything you may have forgotten, and the staff is very friendly!! There are porta potties around the grounds but there are also typical bathrooms and showers for those who seek more comfort. The grounds were still under KOA construction but it looked well kept and clean. Would definitely go here again!! Only downside was mosquitoes but that was to be expected as we were in the woods and lakeside. Bug spray was a life saver!
We book in February for Memorial Day weekend. Stayed 4 days. The owners Scott and Diahna about the nicest people in the world. Scott great with fishing information. We caught 25 Browns about 3 rainbows. The cabins are great, all the amenities of home. Lots of food and souvenirs in the store. They serve home style meals in the restaurant. We had breakfast one morning it was great. We moored our boat in the water. Its not a cheap place but its well worth it! This was the best vacation ever and we will be back. Remember to bring ur mosquitoes spray cause with mountain and lake u do get bugs. The scenic views are great. Loved it!
