Nice campground. Easy to pull into site and decently level. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed some treats from the little hut outside the store. My daughter enjoyed the pool. I really wanted to go to the recreation room but we were never there when it was open. The loops with the newer bathrooms are definitely the ones to go through, but I can't imagine them being easily available on weekends.
Had an awesome time here, the sites are all nice and clean, spaced out nice with poser at each one, the showers are really nice with nice sized bathrooms, they have a camping store with everything you need at it even groceries, people come around with wood sometimes too. 65$ for the whole weekend wasn't bad at all.
Awesome park, we definitely want to go back. The campground was nice with lots of playgrounds and picnic areas around. The nature center has great exhibits and information. The waterfalls are spectacular, the place wasn't busy. It felt like we had the place to ourselves! There are plenty of things to do. We spent a couple days there, but still didn't get enough of the place.
This is a beautiful state park. It's huge and extremely picturesque. The camping spots are nice, some are not level, however that's just the way it is. There are no water hook-ups so bring your water, or something to carry water from the spigot. This is electric. The staff is very friendly. If you bring a pet make sure you have a physical rabbies certificate, cats included, metal tags are not acceptable. No more than two pets on a site. The new showers are very nice, and very large. There is a non-resident fee of $5 a day for out of state campers.
Great park with amazing views!! Great trails to hike too.
