Had a great time the hook-ups are very hard to connect I was only able to hook up water and power had to turn around and pull in to drain gray and black tanks.
Awesome lakeside campground with beautiful mountains as your backdrop. Super plus were the clean, heated bathrooms!! -1 star for the condoms scattered about. 🤦🏼♀️
Truthfully, not much here, and I can't speak to camping here....but there is great access to launching a boost at this location. For myself, I was actually only kayaking and directly to the right of the launch point is a wetlands area that is home to tons of wildlife. There were all kinds of birds and fish, etc definitely a place worth checking out if you enjoy wildlife.
Best place to winter camp west of the Spanish Fork River! We have done winter car camping with our family a couple of times. The glow of the city lights from across the lake is an amazing sight and with the cold comes solitude, both times we’ve camped here we were the only ones on a Friday night. Warm, plumbed restrooms, paved camp sites and concrete fire pits along with access to water are all pros in my book. I can’t say camping here in the summer is any good as I haven’t been but I suspect that the mosquitos are a bit overwhelming. Plenty of tent spots and very little snow all winter long, this has become a fun tradition for myself and our boys-
Wow, what a great little get away. The camp hosts are super friendly and helpful. They joined us for dinner one night. What a treat. Great people. Easy access to the lake, clean bathrooms, beautiful area. We had a blast and can't wait to return.
