We had a great time overall at this KOA. We stayed in a simple cabin which worked great for two people on a short trip. The location is great with lots of hiking nearby and a few places in a nearby town to get any needed items or meals. The desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about the campground or surrounding area and the shared washroom was passably clean.

Enjoyed a great stay in our 38' Fifth Wheel RV full service pull through site. No problems in and out, and all utilities worked perfectly. Great place for families with kids - they seemed to enjoy the amenities. Our dog loved walking the site and enjoyed the dedicated dog park. It was a perfect location for enjoying The Flume, hiking along the Kancamagus Hwy, lunch in Franconia and outdoor dining in downtown Woodstock. Very clean campground with very friendly staff! Will definitely return but may opt for a perimeter site away from the playground since we didn't have kids with us.

This KOA is well maintained however the sites are small and the office/kamp store staff could use more training on customer service. We booked 2 trips. The first was a great stay until we were packing up to leave. The staff allowed another guest to rent bikes outside normal hours and then huffed and puffed because my 6 and 8 year olds wanted a quick ride while we packed up. I have never felt less welcome but we had already paid in full for a second trip 3 weeks later. 2 days before departure my husband tested positive for Covid and we advised the camp staff we were cancelling our trip 47 hours before check in. The manager never called us back to discuss a refund. They wanted us to either eat the full cost of the trip or infect the other guests. Rather than lose the money we switched our reservation to Labor Day weekend at a lesser site without full hookups and we were due a small refund at arrival.unfortunately the night before we were expected to travel we had the news of an immediate family members passing and we need to cancel again. I sent an email as soon as we got the news. No response from the office and our over- payment is not being refunded. We will never stay with this KOA again.

Honestly, probably the nicest and cleanest campground I’ve ever stayed at. The bathrooms were immaculate. The showers were nice and hot. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The owners were always on site which is very important to me. They really care about the campground and their guests. It shows by how beautiful they keep the place and how kind & helpful they are to their guests. It’s a great campground for kids: great pool, playground and play room. Also a safe campground (not hilly) for kids to bike around. Overall, a fantastic stay and we will definitely refer our camping friends to Lincoln/Woodstock KOA Holiday!

The stay here was unplanned. We tried staying just up the mountain at the next KOA but WiFi was non existent there. We rolled in here after hours and picked the only spot available for full hookups off their late arrivals check in area. We ended up being able to stay another two nights. The front desk lady was so sweet and gave me all kinds of information for the surrounding areas and pamphlets. Very nice check in. We really enjoyed the area and got out and explored a bit but wish we could have stayed longer! Such a beautiful area!
