Great little campsite just outside of the little town of Randolph, Utah. Set just behind a pasture. A quiet & peaceful place to be.
Very quiet spot 2.5 miles outside of Randolph with tables, fire rings, and pit toilets. Deer cruising the fields adjoining the Camp Ground in the morning was a plus, and there are tons of birds at the reservoir. The stars are amazing. There are no services other than a water spigot in the group area. No electric or sewer. We had to work at leveling up the trailer in our site, but there are others that are fairly level. And at least one pull through. Shade is nonexistent other than the group Ramada. Please pay the small fee to help keep sites like this in operation. We stayed for three nights and noticed a few campers who didn't have a receipt on their site post. Enjoy.
It was nice because it wasn't crowded, however there's no water to wash hands or nothing. The ground is solid rocky dirt, which makes setting up tents quite a challenge. Beautiful little reservoir though. Large campsites, so hauling a trailer fits with room to spare.
Great little campground. Kids loved going over to the reservoir. About 30 min from Bear lake. So quiet (other than a couple bad neighbor campers that stayed up way too late and were loud), and had an incredible view of the stars!
We stopped here for the night, and we were the only campers. Very beautiful location. I wish there were a coffee shop in the nearby town.
