Let me start by saying that my sister & her family has stayed here many times. It was our first time and our first time staying in a 'tiny home!' We had a great experience! The cottage had everything we needed. The location was great...we were secluded in the wilderness on the Black Creek, yet close enough to many great restaurants in the the beach towns and Destin. A Publix grocery store was only a few miles away too. The cottage had a screened porch to protect you from the bugs...lots of shade...it was very relaxing. The complex has a nice club house, swimming pool, screened house on the creek, laundry & shower facilities, dog park, boat ramp & dock and kayak, canoe & a fishing boat rental. This complex is part of a network of facilities scattered across the country. This place was very pet friendly which makes it a place that we will visit again! We had my sister, brother-in-law, nephew & his wife (in different units) and we had a great time!

A delightful mix of coastal/cajun swamp beauty. We enjoyed the canal front trail with the sunset on one side and the up lit Spanish moss draped Live Oak trees. Only 20 minutes from the sugar white sand and emerald green water of 30-A., and our favorite bar, Redd’s Pub on Hwy 98. The FHU, level concrete campsites will accommodate any size, from big rigs down to small travel trailers. The pool is always clean and beautiful. There is a pavilion building that includes a bathhouse and laundry facilities. There are also games and vending machines. At the clubhouse, you will find a screened in porch, laundry facilities, and more bathroom/shower facilities. Everything is clean and well maintained. If you are a boater, there is a well maintained boat ramp and plenty of parking for your boat. They also rent boats, canoes, and kayaks. No camper, no problem! They have the cutest little cabins scattered around the park. There is something for everyone! We have enjoyed this park on 5 different trips.

RV Site stay……we enjoyed several days at Live Oak Landing. It is a very quiet and peaceful location near the water and convenient to shopping/restaurants. Santa Rosa and Grayton Beach are a short drive away, and PCB and Destin are within an hours drive. Our 70 ft, pull-thru site was a concrete pad and very level. The site included a fire pit and picnic table, and onsite trash pickup was provided. The RV/tiny home park was well maintained and onsite restrooms were clean. It appeared that some people may live here full-time; however, none of the sites were junky looking as in other parks where people live FT. Would definitely stay here again! Only complaint: The management sent an email letting us know the lawn company would be onsite the day we left. They arrived that morning as we were preparing to leave. One of the grounds crew using a leaf blower walked up and stood right next to my husband who was putting something in one of our RV compartments and revved the blower. Later, as I was loading something in our truck, a guy on a riding mover pulled up in the grassy area next to our truck and rode right up next to where I was standing blowing debris on me and inside our truck. If you are staying there on a lawn maintenance day, just know the lawn care company has no regard for you or your personal property.

Looking for the perfect getaway near 30A? Look no further than Live Oak Landing! We recently brought our RV and set up at site 20, a spacious pull-through spot with full hookups—super convenient! Each RV site offers plenty of space, a picnic table, a fire pit for those cozy campfire nights, and WiFi throughout the property (so you can stay connected if you need to). Plus, the on-site office has everything you might have forgotten at home, which is always a lifesaver. No RV? No problem! Live Oak Landing offers charming cozy cottages, some of which are right on the water—perfect for sipping your morning coffee while taking in those breathtaking views. If you're bringing the whole crew, there's a pavilion where you can gather for meals, play games, or just relax and enjoy the outdoors. We brought our bikes and explored the property each day. The scenic views combined with the end-of-August breeze made it the perfect late-summer retreat. One evening, we cooled off with a swim in the sparkling pool, a peaceful way to wind down after a day of exploring. The clubhouse offers so much, including a fitness room, laundry facilities, a cozy hangout area, and even a small workspace if you need to get a little work done (though we didn’t—we were in full vacation mode!). Location? It’s hard to beat! Live Oak Landing is just a short drive from the Gulf’s stunning beaches and all the top attractions in the area. We indulged in a delicious meal in Destin one afternoon and spent another afternoon exploring Seaside, both just a quick trip away. We’re already counting down the days until we can return! Whether you're an RV enthusiast or prefer a cozy cottage escape, Live Oak Landing is the ideal destination for your next 30A adventure.

What a sweet spot! There for an Airstream Rally…the club was celebrating 50 years and the folks at Live Oak Landing RV park had goodie bags made for each of us! Over and above, great place!
