We evacuated Florida to escape hurricane Milton in our motor home and with our motorcycle trailer. We decided to do some riding and visit family in Aberdeen while waiting out the storm. Mike hooked us up with a fantastic campsite right away. Very reasonable rates, the camp ground is very nice, clean, well kept, beautiful view of the Ohio river, nice sized camp sites with full hook up, 50 amp services, Fire pit, very nice picnic/common area with t.v., restrooms were clean, friendly people and Mike is exceptionally nice and helpful. Pet friendly, the bar is fun and the restaurant has great food (try the vegetable soup). The campground hosted a car/bike show while we were there and trick or treating for the kids. It was fun and entertaining. They had other activities on the addenda such as a camper crawl the next weekend. Mike and crew are fantastic hosts, the campground is very nice, we highly recommend camping here and we will be back👍. Thank you Mike, AJ, Greg and company !!!
Came to see Muddy & Odd play on Saturday night. GREAT band, awesome bar with an unbeatable view of the river. Friendly staff, cheap drinks, and top-notch entertainment. Best dive in the Ohio Valley
First I'd like to correct Google maps. Campground is a little further down US 52 on the right. Look for restaurant sign and you'll find it. Great place to camp. Mike and his brother Fred were extremely helpful checking us in on a Sunday. Yes the restaurant is closed but campground is well kept with large lots. Price is reasonable. Beautiful view of river especially at night.
Really nice campground. Our spots were right on the river and it was great. Nice clean bathhouse. Every site with electric and water. The owners are very friendly and attentive. We will definitely go back.
Great campground, fantastic hosts, beautiful riverside setting. Facilities excellent and clean. Had an issue with RV and trailer, Freddie and Mike spent morning helping us get sorted and on the road.
Awesome place and campground bar is spectacular
