✨️Gorgeous place to camp! 🏕 We had the spot on the corner at the far end next to the river, and it was perfect with dogs. 🏞 They even have an outhouse that was well maintained, which was a real treat, tent camping😁🐕

After our hike to Pine Creek Lake Trailhead we ended the day at Loch Lavan Yellowstone River Campground !! Enjoyed a picnic and took a little siesta and soaked up some sunshine 🌞it was absolutely beautiful and serene , a day trip well spent !!

Great but simple boondocking campground. $18 per night. Only facilities are put toilets. One hour to the Yellowstone north entrance.

Rough rd in but absolutely wonderful riverfront camping. $18 non residents. Stayed 2 night. Site #9 is great.

What a hidden gem in Montana. We happened upon this as we traveled through Montana and Wyoming. The campsite is no frills and a pay as you enter type. It was truly a beautiful spot on the Yellowstone river. We could hear the river flowing through the evening. We really like this little gem and will return.
