Long Cove Resort and Marina

Prospective vacationers beware. This property is definitely a catfish. Spent two cold nights without any heat and with barely any hot water. Spoke to customer service and they said we're going to send out someone to check our units but nobody came. The, "Lake view room" I booked had limited lake view but plenty room of the trash fland debris from the construction in the area. The road to the property is dangerous. What a waste of $500 dollars. Take your dollars and business elsewhere or temper your expectations greatly. Ruined my anniversary weekend See review

We stoped for 2 nights on our way back to Florida from Virginia and had a great stay in cabin #14. It had its own deck and beautiful views of the lake. The staff was very quick to respond as it was very cold wile we were there and we asked for a space heater. Dan was onsite within a few minutes with multiple heaters to make sure we were comfortable. Would defiantly stay here again.

5 stars, These adorable little tiny homes are just so perfect for a romantic get away. We stayed in the first pink house. The rooms are very modern with a country homey feel. I highly recommend the beach front houses the view is 10/10 especially for romantic sunset and sun rises. The beach is complimented with a fire pit that has plenty of pre cut wood, corn hole, hammocks and lounge chairs/ picnic tables also a playground for the kids. The staff was very helpful and kind and made check in a breeze! They had decorated the whole place for the season( Christmas ) They put up beautiful lights and many Christmas themed decorations around the resort! The room was beautiful and smelled fantastic and was supplied with everything we needed for our stay including adorable coffee cups and coffee/hot chocolate/tea. Recommended for anyone wanting a quiet cute little romantic get away or even for groups! Glad we found this hidden gem, we will definitely be coming back!!

I spent my birthday weekend here and it was perfect. My little red cabin was clean and quaint. Off the grid but just a few minutes to a Publix, sushi bar and several other places. I HIGHLY recommend a stay here. Oh....not to mention...THE VIEW!!!

I found this place by looking for a hotel in the city of Charlotte. Actually the prices were much lower here than the standard hotel. I looked at it online so it's okay. I decided to give it a try. Getting there was somewhat tricky and scary cuz the road leading to the resort is bad and isolated. And when I got there it was okay. It wasn't the greatest appearance. But when I went into my room on my cabin it changed. Everything. Was absolutely perfect! It was cute. Cute and everything I needed was in that cabin. It was delightful and I was really excited because I never stayed in a place like this. It's amazing how they have everything fitted. Such a small space but not small enough that you couldn't sleep. I feel comfortable and then in the candle. Not only was my bed had another bedroom that had another queen and a twin bunk bed set which was outstanding cuz my family was coming over. The view is beautiful. A nice place to sit the night. Listen to them music A little wine + chill. Very romantic. The mattress was perfect. Just a pleasant surprise. My service dog loved it. The price was unbelievable for what I received. I really feel like I got a great deal. I think the price at that time was $76 a night. I stayed for three nights but there's a $69 service fee which I understand my family and I which is about 15 people are going to go back this summer. It's been a few days with each other and we all going to have our own cabins. I've been to a lot of hotels but I really love this place. Cute and sexy.
