THE LAKE Nice small lake but big enough for water skiing. Not a lot of boats on the water for a warm Saturday. A lot of shallow areas but in the larger open areas water was about 50 feet deep. LONG POINT CAMPGROUND Campsites in group area were nice. Area was mostly flat for tents. Had two BBQ pits, one large fire pit, and three picnic tables. Big trees provided a lot of shade. Paved road into campsite area with room for 4 vehicles.

Camp hosts were lazy Karen's. My dogs got bitten by another dog and they were pissed that they were woken up. They didn't call animal control or police or anything. They weren't even alarmed that there was blood on me or anything. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Really neat spot by a lake. Campsites were large, shaded, and far apart. Could swim in lake. Other families were fishing and boating. We saw our first bear ever here! Our neighbors said it was a "small bear." Rustic. Pit toilets. Don't remember if there was water.

I MADE RESERVATIONS IN JANUARY FOR MAY 18TH THROUGH MAY 25TH. ALL THE SUDDEN THEY CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS. NO PHONE CALL EMAIL NOTICE NOTHING. IF YOU NEED SOMEONE TO COME CLEAN UP THR CAMP SITES BEFORE OPENING THE ASK THE LOCALS I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HELP OUT. BUT FOR YOU TO JUST CANCEL MY RESERVATIONS WITH NO EXPLANATION. THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS IS THE ONLY TIME THAT I HAD TO SPEND WITH MY SON BEFORE HE GOES INTO THE MILATIRY.
