Long Ridge Campground

I call this the hidden gem of Georgia! Nice sites, peacefull and relaxing. I would sit at dinner time and watch the deer go by. Doug and Cindy provide exceptional service. The owners are down to earth people. They care about the campground and thier guest. It's like their little baby. Wish I could go back this summer, but I am heading west. I will definitely be back. If you haven't been here you are missing out.

This place is a Hidden Gem!! Long Ridge Campground is a really nice place with great people. Campground had beautiful views (especially with the leaves changing color) and was so peaceful! It is well maintained and I loved the attention to detail with all the flowers. The campground is conveniently located near many hiking trails , waterfalls, and unique towns. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the campsites are affordable. Only downside to our stay was no laundry facilities. I highly recommend checking them out!!

This is a wonderful place to get away! As someone who comes from the mountains i felt right at home. The cabin were staying in is the perfect size to be cozy. Everyone here is extremely friendly and the hosts are wonderfully inviting. Plus as a fisherman i could walk right to a pond with some big fish, my wife even caught her first one here! If you ever want to see how the mountains really are you need to visit!

I stayed here this past weekend and it was absolutely wonderful! First of all, the service and care I received while staying here was unmatched. Cindy called me the day of my reservation to check on my ETA. I wasn’t arriving until the next day since I was coming from 7 hours away so she double checked with me the following day. I arrived a little past check in time but she literally made sure she made herself available to check me in so I can be sure to have all the right info, fill out pet paperwork, and to be sure all my questions were answered. As a solo traveler and camper, having Cindy call and double check on things made me feel safe because it showed that the owners kept up with who was coming and going. They also brought the firewood down to my site before my arrival so everything was that much easier on me checking in. I’m so grateful for that. Second, the property is absolutely gorgeous and easy to navigate. Signage was very clear and that’s always nice for a first time visitor. The bathrooms were very clean and the campgrounds are very well maintained. My tent site was right next to a creek and it was so peaceful. Lots of deer and birds too so if you love watching wildlife this spot is for you! I’ll definitely be back again! Thank y’all so much for the awesome service. 😊

Dave, Doug, Cindy and Fonda were wonderful host. They made us feel so comfortable and always accommodating. The camp site T7 was a perfect place for our weekend getaway. It's a beautiful and very clean. Thank you all for making this time special for us. We will definitely be back.
