Laundry facilities if needed. 3 small clean and well equipped cabins to rent too if needed. Dock and slips well maintained. Potable water and dumping services, 30 amp and 50 amp.

Really nice campground. The views of the water are awesome. The utility pedestal for some sites, including site 30, the one I was in, was far away from where you have to park your trailer. We made it work. The second day, the campground squeezed a fifth wheel next to us. Their slide was so close we couldn't put our awning all the way. Again, we were happy to make it work. Next time, I will just pay $5 more a night for a waterfront site.

I spent the week tent camping in a rustic site that was VERY well kept up, VERY private, picturesque, near the bath- house, a short walk to the dock and shore. It was lovely and I plan to camp there again. The three employees I interacted with were kind, personable, clear, friendly and professional. Highly recommend! (Also very affordable!)

Probably the most impressive aspect of Loons Point is the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to do whatever they can to maximize our experience. Our lakeside site offered a beautiful view. An impressive dock with a half dozen slips for those who bring their boat along to enjoy the watersports. The bathroom/shower facilities were VERY nice. Always looking clean.. didn't feel like you needed to getter done and get out. I was a little skeptical about the shower fixtures as I didn't see a hot/cold adjustment but somehow it kept a perfect temperature. Centrally located between St Ignace, Detour, and Sault Ste Marie for day trips. Overall we had a great time and have put it on our visit again list.

Very accommodating friendly family ran campground. Coffee and dounuts on Saturday morning. I'm guessing several seasonal campers, but there are no sheds or storage buildings. We stayed on a waterfront site, and we are going back but will not get waterfront site again. It's just too tight for our camping style. Had full hookup, tent, and two cabins available. Clean restrooms and showers.
