Spot was flat and level. Was right next the the walking path for the lake so kinda busy. Not a bunch of people and we didn't get bothered by mosquitoes. It was sunny when it needed to be and shaded other times. Elk and wildlife use the path also.
20190824 - I will be camping here beginning tomorrow. I have not yet camped in this section of the state park, so I am giving three stars for the rating hoping it is better than the other side of the park. (Which, by the way, I only gave a two star rating.)
Loops are narrow and can be difficult to back in large trailers/RVs without help from neighbors with moving their extra vehicles. Very nice park otherwise.
The largest public campground in the country. Camping spot could be small. Neighbors setting up their tent just a few feet away from ours.
Another strange loop.
