It's a small site, but we enjoyed it. We went in March and were well prepared for bugs, so it wasn't unbearable for me. If you're prepared for bugs and a small space, it's a cozy little backwater site surrounded by greenery.
Beautiful spot. Perfect in a lot of ways. But bring all the mosquito repellent you can carry and more. We had to get into our tent at 7:00 in the evening and not leave because the bugs were so bad.
Not picturesque at all and tons of mosquitoes, even in December 2023. Move on.
Mosquitos are so bad here its unbelievable. Get a chickee instead.
