A wonderful rv park all sites were concrete pads level and in good shape. The front desk certainly had the right personality on board. No reservation no problem. Clean bath and showers. Laundry well kept.

Friendly staff. Sites were listed as 55 feet long, but our 41 foot fifth wheel, barely fit. We had to change sites, because our first one was not level. Wi fi did not work at our site. Quiet location, close to I-10.

Bathrooms were clean. Our tent site is supposed to have power but they have the boxes locked and did not provide a key. Customer service was fair, dog runs aren't stocked and no toys were provided (as described). Good place to stay the night if you like listening to trains hook up and honk all night. Owners dogs continuously barking from inside their mobile home all night. Other patrons not following rules and no one enforcing them. Unkept sharp plants and large rocks in walkways, use flashlight at night because not easy to see these obstacles.

Not the worst or best KOA, but as always overpriced. A one night stop, we asked to change sites and the man in the office let us. The first spot had standing water all around the tree. Gravel and safe, a big wall surrounds the park. Fairly good lighting for after dark. Lots of red ants around all the trees. Not a pretty drive past the shabby houses as you enter the park.

Highway and , train noise. The attendant put us in a small drive through that was not long enough for my rig, forcing me to have to uncouple my truck. Space 16 is not long enough or wide enough for a 28 ft trailer with a slide. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, his solution was for me to leave my truck sticking out in the roadway. Of the 8 days in a KOA, this was the worst.
