The campground itself along with the people who ran it this year are fantastic! However, campsite number 12 SHOULD NOT be a campsite that is available for reservation. The site itself has a natural creek running just east of it and a portion of it splits off and runs directly through the site. As such, it is constantly a muddy mess to walk in. There is no level ground on the site and the picnic table itself sits on a slope preventing anything from sitting level. We intended on moving it however incredibly heavy and burdensome to do so. Aside from that, the table sits only 2-3 ft from the fire pit and makes for a major safety hazard. We were fortunate enough to have family members using the site right next to us and as such we spent the majority of time there vs our muddy swamp of a site.

Our stay in the glamping tents was really fun! They’re definitely the more expensive option, but it was easy. I’d come to this campground again- probably for a standard tent site. Bring bug spray, though- the more deet the better. The mosquitoes were absolutely awful

Nice campground. There are only a few spots right on the lake (#7 and #6) but those are closest to the road and day-use area so it can get noisy. There is a creek running through the campground which is great if you have little ones. Camp hosts Jamie and Randy were super nice and very accommodating. They've got a water filling station too.
